Men’s Photo Requirements

Questionnaire to fill out, and I’ll also need some current pics (see below for instructions):

  • Always use a FLASH in the pics – I don’t want shadows.
  • Take them in front of a PLAIN WHITE background.
  • Send a FRONT and BACK pic – full body (head to toe)
  • Always take your pics at the same time of day, with the same amount of food / water in you.
  • For MEN – wear posing trunks if you’re a competitor, and for others wear just shorts (not long shorts – I want to see your thighs). Competitors – send a front and rear double bicep pose.
  • Also, always resize the pics so they are about the size of a postcard on my screen.

 You’ll be sending me new pics weekly – always follow the instructions above.  If you don’t send me proper pics, I can’t tell you what to do next. This is very important.

Also, I would highly suggest you get blood work done (ask your doctor) to see where your thyroid levels are at, and for men, where your testosterone levels are at. If either of these is suboptimal, your results will be suboptimal regardless of how hard you work at the diet and cardio. If you need a good hormone replacement doctor, let me know – I can put you in touch with a very good one (they have locations all over).

I will send you NEW workouts weekly, cycle creation, PCT help, diet as needed.  Unlimited calls, texts, emails.

You will send me a Weekly Blog.  I WILL NOT CHASE YOU, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO FILL IT OUT AND SEND WEEKLY.

I DO NOT WORK WITH EVERYONE WHO APPLIES JUST SO YOU KNOW (20 CLIENTS MAX AT ANY TIME.  SO BE HONEST WITH YOURSELF/ME WHEN FILLINIG THIS OUT.

As far as payment goes it is 3 months up front ($1500), as this protects me from people signing up for one month and getting all the info and quitting.  Then it is EMT $250/monthly afterwards.  I like to run people through 1 whole cycle and 1 off cycle to fully understand your body.

Once, I receive everything, I will review it and set-up a time that when can speak on the phone.
