3. For MEN – wear posing trunks if you’re a competitor, and for others wear just shorts (not long shorts – I want to see your thighs). Competitors – send a front and rear double bicep pose.
For WOMEN – wear your posing suit if you’re a competitor, and for others wear shorts (not long shorts – I want to see your thighs) and a sports bra. Competitors – send your quarter turns, and for bodybuilders/WPD send a front and rear double bicep pose.

Also, I would highly suggest you get blood work done (ask your doctor) to see where your thyroid levels are at, and for men, where your testosterone levels are at. If either of these is suboptimal, your results will be suboptimal regardless of how hard you work at the diet and cardio.
